Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Blunoic Labs (“Blunoic”, “we”, “us”) for your use of Blunoic Pets: our Android and iOS apps, pets.blunoic.com, your web account and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Not veterinary advice
Reminders, the Care Score, schedules, reports and articles are general information and organizational tools. They may not fit your pet’s situation. Always follow the advice of a licensed veterinarian, and contact a vet or emergency clinic right away if your pet is unwell.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us at support@blunoic.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You own the information, photos and files you add (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store, process, back up and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including showing it to people you choose to share with. You confirm you have the right to add Your Content and that it doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights.
Sharing with family, caregivers and partners
When you invite someone to a pet, they can see that pet’s records and add logs and reminders. You decide who to invite and can remove access at any time. People you invite are responsible for how they use what you share; please only invite people you trust.
Plans and payments
- Blunoic Pets offers a free plan and a paid Plus plan with extra features such as file storage and vet reports.
- Paid plans bought in the apps are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. They renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings.
- Prices and features may change; we’ll tell you before a change affects your subscription. Refunds follow the store’s refund policies.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service. For example, don’t:
- break the law, or use the Service to harass, spam or harm others;
- try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or get around security or usage limits;
- upload malware, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as the law allows;
- use automated means to scrape or overload the Service.
Changes and availability
We’re continually improving Blunoic Pets, so features may change, and some may be in early access. We work to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of important records; you can download your data from your account page.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk, and where possible we’ll tell you why.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of reminders, schedules or content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Blunoic Labs won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Blunoic Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to rely on the laws and courts where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
